The Managing Partner of our firm - Sri Subrata De was qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and joined the firm on 25th January, 1990. He is a commerce graduate from St Xavier's College, Kolkata and an LLB from Calcutta University. He has also done a certificate course on valuation from ICAI.

His field of practice includes statutory and internal Audit of manufacturing and commercial organizations, PSU's, nationalized banks, etc. He has been rendering financial management services and taxation advisory services to a number of firms and companies in India. He regularly represents clients before the taxation authorities at different levels. He has also performed as a special auditor appointed by CBDT, Ministry of Finance, Government of India for different companies.

Sri De is a Member of Bengal National Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Indo German Chamber of Commerce. Sri De is a proud Rotarian and member of a number of leading clubs of Kolkata including Calcutta Club and Tollygunge Club.

CA SWAPAN KUMAR HALDER

Sri Halder had qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 1997. Thereafter he served many reputed organizations and joined in practice in the year 2007 as a partner in a Kolkata based firm. In that firm he played a pivot role in Central Statutory Audit of State Bank of India and Canara Bank. He also has vast experiences in the audit of companies in Bhutan and in India.

He joined our firm as partner in 2019 and looking after the company audit assignments of the firm. He has thorough knowledge in ERP system..

CA TARIT DASGUPTA

Sri Tarit Dasgupta qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November of 1985. He is associated with the firm since his articleship period. He joined the firm as partner in 2010. Before joining the firm, he served many companies as a responsible officer including M/s Price Waterhouse Cooper. He has completed certificate course on Information System Audit and on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection from ICAI. He has also done certificate course on Tally Financial Accounting from Tally Accounting Academy.

Sri Tarit Dasgupta has a very good exposure in internal audit, banking, insurance, budgeting, costing, company law matters, superannuation fund, taxation, TDS matters, accounts, etc. He looks after the PSU audit of the firm.

Sri Roy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1978 with a distinctive 11th rank in order of merit all over India. He is also a member of The Botswana Institute of Accountants, The Zambia Institute of Certified Accountants, The Institute of Internal Auditors of New York, USA. Before joining the firm as partner in 2019, he worked in various reputed organizations in India and abroad.

He is presently looking after the company audit and PSU audit assignments of the firm. He has thorough knowledge on International Audit and ERP System.

Sri Dutta qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November of 1980. He is also a qualified Cost & Management Accountant. Sri Nath qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010. Before joining the firm, he worked in two reputed companies in managerial cadre for around 2 years. Ever passionate for practicing, he then joined this firm as a Qualified Assistant in the year 2012.

Since then he has been instrumental in conducting various types of audit and other assignments. Sri Nath, once joined as an Article Assistant at this firm, completed the circle by becoming a Partner in 2017.
